The Mongolian hospital system

Tuvshinjargal Boldbayar is from Mongolia where he used to be an Orthopaedic surgeon. Due to Australia's strict registration guidelines he cannot practice in Australia.  South Perth Hospital have employed him as an orthopaedic technician, his role is to ensure all the equipment is set up for Ortho surgery and he prepares the pt for the ortho surgeon.   He is going to talk about Mongolian hospital system.
