CMCC Information
The Rotary Club of Osborne Park manages the Colin Moore Community  Resource Centre in Gwelup.  The house which is provided by the City of Stirling is a great venue for community groups or individuals to hire for their activities.  Situated on North Beach Road in Gwelup, this house has a large meeting room area which can be arranged with tables and chairs to suit the group’s activities.

The outdoor play area is well equipped for Children’s activities and there is ample space to set up for an exercise group, a yoga group, or a birthday party activity.

Rotary has a number of chairs and tables that can be used by the hirer and there is access to a well-equipped kitchen for community groups or individuals to use for their event.

There is a booking system on the web site at www.colinmoore.org   The fees are collected by Rotary and used to pay for all of the running costs of the house. The surplus from the hire fees are used to fund our Rotary projects.

These projects include a number of youth activities including sending 17-year-old on a week-long leadership program organised by the Rotary Youth Leadership Association (RYLA).  We are supporting the City of Stirling Youth program by funding 2 of the potential youth leaders in another program.  Rotary supports a wide range of community programs as well as International projects.  Rotary International has sponsored the “End Polio Now” campaign since 1988.  Being a part of this program means that more than 17.4 million people, mainly in the developing world, who would otherwise have been paralyzed, are walking because they have been immunized against polio

If you would like to hire this facility for a birthday party or engagement party, or other function, or if you are a community group wanting to have a regular weekly booking please contact Alan at rotaryosbpk@gmail.com  or 9401 1948 for more details.
